Paul Chazarreta is the Founder and President of Chaz Capital, LLC. Since 2010, Paul gained extensive knowledge working in the financial markets for two of the largest financial institutions in the world, J.P. Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. He held his Series 7, 6, 66, 63, and Group 1 License in all 50 states. Prior to his almost 15 years with his previous firms, Paul became actively involved in the real estate market since 2007, as a mortgage lending officer and since 2013, owned single family rentals in the Houston area. He is also the Managing Director of Pinnacle Home Advisors LLC, a firm that focuses on single family acquisitions.

Paul has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Houston in Corporate & Organizational Communications. With a desire to become more competitive in his industry, he also has an MBA from Tulane University, with a focus in Finance, Global Strategy & Management.

When Paul is not working he enjoys spending time traveling with his wife and children. Paul is also a member of the Greater Houston Partnership and Tulane Alumni Group Of Houston.

With his combination of education, real estate experience, and 15+ years of experience in the investment and capital markets, Paul is well-equipped to lead Chaz Capital LLC to success.
